Ok after a few more days of trouble shooting and digging I found PERL was the culprit, so i had to uninstall it , reboot then reinstall it with all the modules again and this fixed the problem of the "UNKNOW ERROR"
BUT after removing and reinstalling PERL, the ClamAV Program broke and I cannot get it to run, I have tried removing it, reinstalling it, repairing it, even went as far as repairing NET 2.0 to make sure it wasnt the problem, but when i try to start the ClamAV I get the error message 3534 with the following text: The ClamAV service is starting. The ClamAV service could not be started. The service did not report an error. More help is availible by typing NET HELPMSG 3534 then back to the prompt, please note that this did start and run as a service fine before removing PERL, so ..... where can I go now to fix ClamAV?
