use RWL too to prevent from false positives RBLs, and add
"list.dnswl.org" there (its my 1st entry).
A host in RWL bypasses all other IP-based-Tests.

It is set to scoring. I did not set to active because I use five-ten,
which is pretty strict sometimes.

Great work on 1.3.5! I have a question about RBL. On almost all RBL
queries I get a pass on the IP even though it is listed in

couple weeks.
