I patched a 8.1.0 install with the 8.1.1 MSP patch and used a GPO to push it out after that. It was also configured to remove all previous versions of reader 8 upon install. It's probably easier to just push out the full 8.1.1 install from adobe but that was not released yet when i deployed.
