I think ya nailed it. I'm seeing that the envelope from is different from
the sender. I will see if this is the case for others in the same situation.

Technically, they don't bypass Bayesian; they are processed as Bayesian
ham - but you are correct that they shouldn't be blocked.  I'm hazarding
a guess that the wrong domain has been whitelisted.  Perhaps the From:
domain was added instead of the envelope sender (X-Assp-Envelope-From:)
domain.
