I'm not seeing any errors in the server logs. The only responses I see to your server (IP is in your headers) are 200 responses so I don't think the problem is there. What I do see is that your IP is hitting the file every hour which only happens when the last download had an error, so there is a problem somewhere. Do you have some sort of transparent proxy in place perhaps?
