I just got my first filter up and running, but have this error in my
DNSreport:
ERROR: I could not complete a connection to one or more of your mailservers:
mail2.sojourncare.com: The mailserver terminated the connection before the
transaction was complete (state 1). This is not RFC compliant, and therefore
either due to an error, or it may be the result of a non-RFC-compliant
mailserver or non-RFC-compliant anti-spam program.<br />
Can someone please direct me to the spot I need to go to correct this error?
I am running perl/assp in a windows environment, W2k3 server and forwarding
to an exchange server.
I ran the above dns report before I redirected smpt traffic to the filter
and it was clean.
Thanks for any help.
I have installed this on my secondary mx host, where I was getting
ABSOLUTELY HAMMERED with SPAM.
