This is just an fyi...

There was a thread a while back about using OpenDNS, and there were a 
number of people who didn't like it because of the way it handled 
non-existent domains...

Turns out this is a non-issue for anyone who has a static IP (hopefully 
everyone here)...

All you have to do is disable the 'Typo corrections' feature in your 
opendns account settings, and it acts 'normally'... this disables pretty 
much all other 'features' of opendns, but those of you who objected to 
this feature probably didn't like all the other features either...

Also, it appears that OpenDNS already worked around this issue for 
DNSBLs and URIBLs, even with 'Typo corrections' enabled:
