If everything else fails, then I would just start over with a freshly 
generated config, then make all of the changes for your system...

That has solved problems for me before, even when I couldn't tell by 
comparing what was different between the two... maybe spaces or tabs 
somewhere they shouldn't be.

The other place to look is a badly formatted regex...
