Are they listed in files/denyalways.txt? Or whatever 
denySMTPConnectionsAlways is set too. The list there is manually 
mainted, so either their IP is 189.128.125.* or 172.128.0.0/9 (AOL DAHA) 
    (the two that are included with the ASSP installation), or someone 
added their IP to the file.
