I really want to avoid RE's, though I recognise there may not be a
better option.

RBL doesn't stop these messages as they move from one IP to the next in
a matter of day(s). The RBL's never seem to have them listed until after
the spammers have already moved off the IP. PB/Message scoring does a
fantastic job, since the first message gets a Bayesian hit (at least)
and the message goes [Possibly Spam] via [Messagelimit][Low]. Subsequent
emails form that IP then get blocked. So in most cases, the users never
see the spam, but I see them since they are getting a score below the
block threshold. For every 1 spam I (as the admin) see's, MANY more are
blocked. Im certainly not complaining about the operation of ASSP!!!
Though there are plenty of smart people here, and someone may have an
idea that really works nicely. (I know, I know.. RE's..!)
