That would be unwise. In ASSPs scoring systems the Bayesian check is a
very strong contributor.

First I do not recommend ASSP for somebody who is looking for a basic
spam filter system. 

However a very basic approach would be to use

-- greylisting/delaying
-- dnsbl with maxhit =2
