Hello,
I have had troubles with assp since I had enabled the following "validate
sender" options. The ASSP is only marking suspicious messages as a spam and
the proxied SMTP server is sorting into the user's spam folders (all local
domains are configured as spam lovers).

1) validate local HELOs is active
2) skip VLH fro whitelisted and skip VLH for NP-listed are checked
3) validate format of HELOs is active
4) validate local sender addresses

I have a few local domains, e.g. test1.tld and test2.tld, and when somebody
from test2.tld is trying to send a message to someone from test1.tld, e.g.
from [EMAIL PROTECTED] to [EMAIL PROTECTED], the message is evaluated as a spam
in spite of the HELO checks are perfect and both addresses [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and [EMAIL PROTECTED] are part of local users configuration file. In the
maillog file I received these lines but I don't know the reason why when
they are in the local users:

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] spam determined to be safe, passing
on
to recipient Underscored_Subject  -> ./spam/Underscored_Subject--1772.eml

<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] passing if safe because spamlover(s):
[EMAIL PROTECTED], otherwise Validate Sender: Unknown User in Local Domain

When I check the given message with ASSP Mail Analyzer shows me all checks to
be possitive.

Please, have you encounted any similar troubles like me? Do you have any idea
how to resolve it?

Thanks, Dave
