Why would you want such functionality. It's much easier and uses much 
less resources to bounce spam. The sender, if it was legitimate, then 
knows it didn't arrive and can act upon it. Whereas if it has been put 
in a spam folder where it can wait a long time for someone to check if 
indeed it's not spam (if ever) the sender becomes rather agitated why 
they didn't get an answer.

It's unavoidable spamfolders get checked less and less and emails pile 
up. The idea sounds nice in theory but is not a workable solution by 
virtue of human nature.
