I upgraded to 1.3.9.1 a few day ago. Today I observed this same symptom I
had before. Perl went to 100% and stayed there for 14 minutes, during
which ASSP became completely unresponsive. Eventually, it revived itself
and things came back to normal. It seems odd that people have only begun
to notice this problem quite recently. I was running 1.3.3.8 for at least
several months before I became aware of it.
