This is based on ASSP Version: 1.3.5
I'm having an issue with users who get a large amount of mp3s and videos
sent to them by email. These filetypes are of course blocked by ASSP,
but from looking at the timestamps in the logs, the message isn't
refused until after the entire attachment has been received by ASSP. See
this example:

[SMTP Error] 554 5.7.1 File type refused.
The offending senders are from two large ISPs who's servers keep
retrying despite the permanent SMTP failure. I tested it with google
mail, and the failure message comes back right away.
I can't simply deny SMTP from the ISP, because it is one of the largest
local ISPs around. The other is hotmail, which would block a large
amount of valid mail.
Blacklisting the sender with blackListedDomain doesn't work, because
these files are well over the 500000 npsize limit, so this check is
skipped. The message gets tagged as spam, and dumped in the
administrator's mailbox along with the rest of the junk that scores a
low penalty, but is still suspicious.
So... how can I refuse these attachments sooner, or have ASSP refuse
messages from specific addresses even if the message is beyond the
npsize limit?
