Thanx for the quick reply. now, the scoring ,as you said, will affect the
system not the user alone. So, if i put the user in the spam hater box and
from the header info below, shouldn't that email be blocked? what am i
missing

P.S:
although the explanation was right on the face, under penalty box, it failed
to register in my brain cells. Maybe copying/moving the last two lines from
the "message mode" check box explanation to "low and high threshold" will
make it understand better? Consider this as a PEBKAC
