Using v1.4.3.1 I don't see Senderbase Whitelist options, and your list is
company names which is something I've not run across in Whitelisting before.
So we can all benefit from your experience, can you please embellish a little
on what settings you're referring to within ASSP?

Thanks

ok, the bank has its own mail services and isn't using 3rd party ones
so all
you'll need to do will be adding "Capital One Financial" to your
senderbase
whitelist, removing @email.capitalone.com from the whitelist and then
adding
the capitalone.com domain to the "SPF strict" domains (notice that if
the bank
was using a 3rd party service you shouldn't add it or you'd risk letting
all the
spam flowing out to such a service hit your mailboxes)

that should pretty much do the trick :) at least it worked for me for
several
domains, including... "microsoft.com" :D

just in case it may be useful to others, my "whitesenderbase" points to
"file:files/whiteorg.txt" and the file contains the following (just
added the
"capital one" entry <g>):

<=======================================>
