Ok,
On the spamMSLog it's set at "spamfolder & sendAllSpam"
I do have fileLogging on.
Looking through the relevant logs, I've got some spam found
(example log post)
Mar-1-09 01:16:56 [MessageLimit][lowlimit] xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx 
<[email protected]> to: [email protected] [spam 
found] and passing because  messagescore(45) low [Service Support Topic 
newsletter]

I'm receiving spam in the spam folder in the mail client, and looking at 
the headers ASSP is tagging the spam, but it's not finding it's way into 
the spam folder on the filesystem
