No. I think it would have been helpful if somewhere in the ASSP documentation, there was an explanation on the error message "relay attempt blocked", and a list of the relevent configuration settings. There is an exlanation in the docs for "relaying not allowed", which is what you get if localDomains is blank. This problem is well documented. There is no documentation on the error message "relay attempt blocked".
