Have you tried just putting 127.0.0.1|123.123.123. (just to see if it works)? The description implies that you can do subnetting that way. >From "Local Domains*": Messages to domains not in "Local Domains" are also called "Outgoing". Messages from "Local Domains" are called "local" provided they come from IP's in "Accept All Mail" ( acceptAllMail ) or are authenticated, otherwise they are called "external" or "remote". According to the bottom of the "Main" config page, you should be able to get away with your entry. Maybe there's a bug or it isn't supported in that field. >From bottom of "Main" config page: IP ranges are defined as for example 182.82.10. CIDR notation is accepted (182.82.10.0/24). Hyphenated ranges can be used (182.82.10.0-182.82.10.255). Text after the range (and before a numbersign) will be accepted as comment to be shown in a match.
