Simply put, the "DoDenySMTP" means that, if an email coming from
one of the listed IPs isn't from a whitelisted sender or in any case has
no "special exception", then it will be refused, on the other hand the
"DoDenySMTPstrict" means that NO exception will take place, any
connection from one of those IPs will be directly REJECTED and the
purpose for both should (I hope) be pretty clear
