Spyros,

Yes this is how we have it setup.  
Just add the email address that you want all SPAM to be copied to to the
" Copy Spam and Send to this Address" field.  
Then you can POP this account and see all email that has been tagged as
SPAM by ASSP.

You also want to make sure that you if you have the "Restricts Copy Spam
to MaxBytes" option checked 
(which I recommend unless you want that mailbox to get out of control
quickly) 

However you want to be able to retrieve blocked attachments you will
also need to create a folder and put it in 
the " Attachment/Virus Collection" field because if this is left blank
they are not saved by default

I also would recommend checking the "Prepend Spam Tag to Copied Spam" so
it gives you an idea of why the mail was marked as SPAM.
