Hi, I have the same issue. You can solve this easily. AFAIK, there is a section on ASSP and all you have to do is put the FQDN name in there. Let me check . . .
Yes, AFAIK, two things : 1) On the ASSP web interface : Server Setup --> My Name (MyName), write down the FQDN of your mailserver 2) Make sure that your ISP knows there is an MX record for your Ip address on the outside (don't know if you have a firewall or not; most probably, you have) and that also does reverse DNS for the IP. This is a bit tricky; Some ISPs' do it fine and it works and some others don't. OPTIONAL : (Don't know if it makes a difference, I think I does) Make sure you have the FQDN registered under /etc/hosts and also the gateways FQDN and aliases. That's for Unix. If you have windows, I think it's on "C:\WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\etc". Also, make sure you do proper DNS lookup on the inside of you network.
