I believe it was originally targeted at Cyrillic but I suspect it would work on Chinese as well. Sorry I don't have the specifics but I suspect a search of the list archives might turn up something. That presumes that these are the things you're trying to kill and not part of your legitimate traffic. In that case this obviously wouldn't help.
