I need some help if possible. We turned on SMTP Auth for some hardware in the field to relay thru our server. The hardware is using a account setup just for this resaon. But ever since turning this on, I have spammers the are authenicating against the server and sending spam and I have no idea how they are doing it. This is what shows up in assp's logs:
Sep-24-09 15:21:13 62.41.60.43 <> authenticated And then the spam flows. So I turned off smtp auth until I can figure out what the heck is going on.
