OK, the logging isn't broken on my install now that I look at it after running 
it for a while.  But, what I do see is a whole lot of [InvalidAddress] matches 
which I did not see when I was running 1.5.8.

I have (DoPenaltyMakeTraps) set to "make traps and use them", 
(PenaltyMakeTraps) is set to 5, and (PBTrapCacheExp) is set to 72.  For some 
reason, it seems that the (PBTrapCacheExp) is not being honored and the 
pbdb.trap.db is being cleaned out too often.
