This is very interesting.

I've tracked the email in Exchange. At the EventID "Send", Exchange sends
the email to spam.domain.tld. And it receives a 250 2.1.5 Ok in the
RecipientStatus.

So, it sounds like ASSP *never* saw the request when you sent
it through the exchange server; try using the message tracking
in exchange AND look at the ASSP and mx1 logs to find out
the "path" taken by the message
