"spamLovers" are addresses of recipients that when matched will allow
a message through (tagged - if set so), regardless of what blocking
functions match (including the filters in Bomb/Regex section).
"bombSpamLovers" are addresses of recipients that when matched will
allow a message through (tagged - if set so), which would otherwise be
blocked by the filters in Bomb/Regex section.

- spamlover addresses are only in effect if the filter is set to
"block".
- processing stops after a spamlover condition is met, no other filter
is processed.
- spam collecting and copying is done according to the setting of the
"blocking" filter.
