On the right track, yes. If the receiving port would offer TLS, it would even be encrypted. It is not possible for ASSP to send incoming SMTPS connection on port 465 to a receiving SMTPS port. That whould only be possible via tunnel (transparent proxy) which ASSP V2 offers. The tunnel will then transfer data through ASSP with no chance for ASSP to do SPAM-fighting. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Planet: dedicated and managed hosting, cloud storage, colocation Stay online with enterprise data centers and the best network in the business Choose flexible plans and management services without long-term contracts Personal 24x7 support from experience hosting pros just a phone call away. http://p.sf.net/sfu/theplanet-com _______________________________________________ Assp-user mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/assp-user
