Does anyone know why ASSP comes with this message on the logs ?

Couldn't create server socket to 127.0.0.1:2525 -- aborting connection;
----
Naturally , e-mail doesn't work.
Topology :
ASSP(SMTP:2525) --> SMTP/POP3 Server(smtp:25/pop3:110) --> Internal Network
