Ok... now tell me how ASSP will be able to use graylisting, DNSBL
and DNSWL if it doesn't "see" the external IP but just a single IP
belonging to the "proxy" sitting in front of it; not kidding, I'm really
curious Fritz; also because it sounds like this is exactly the kind
of setup the OP has; that is, some kind of "antispam appliance"
facing the internet and acting as a proxy toward the back-end
email server; now, if you place ASSP in front of the server the
latter (ASSP) will just (and always) see the IP of the proxy, so
all the filters will always see (and eventually "penalize" if you
set up such stuff) the proxy IP and not the real, external one
