This morning I had a block report with a client's e-mail on it
When I tried to send it from the block report, the log said it couldn't
send data
When I looked at the e-mail headers, I saw a hit about PB (20) and no
entry for the total score
If it was only 20, that is way below our minimum value and shouldn't
have been blocked
Also, this client is on the whitelist, and the header even mentioned
that it wasn't delayed because it was on the whitelistdb
The last header on the mail said something about a resend block

Questions:
Why would a mail that's been whitelisted have been blocked if the score
is way below minimum value?
Why wasn't there a total score entry?
What setting affects that resend block and what does it need to be to
keep it from happening again?

I've tried to include the headers but it doesn't seem to go through. If
needed I'll attach them as a separate file, but I figured HTML and DOC
would be blocked

Help would be appreciated

Thank you,

Troy
