Or it's on a different system and the assp admin doesn't have access to it (this was the case back in the day when I was in the corporate world) Broken or not, all I'm saying is that it would be easier to track this specific problem if there is a way for ASSP to log this stuff itself. Enter the message ID in the maillog page and poof you've got your answer as to what username was used.
