More info: For 64-bit ActivePerl you should install the "Windows Server 2003 SP1 Platform SDK" which includes the free 64-bit VC compiler, http://tinyurl.com/cew8e Then you can use CPAN shell, MakeMaker etc if there are no PPM's for the mods you need...
