I had the same question some time ago but didn't get an answer:

I somewhat worked around this by doing  
`pgrep -f -U 65534 "/usr/bin/perl /usr/bin/perl"` 

There shouldn't be other perl processes owned by user nobody having multiple
perl paths in the ps output.
