Also be certain that your ASSP relay port (relayPort) is firewalled off from
the Internet, if you're using one.

In addition to this, you may want to set Invalid Local Sender Score
(flValencePB) to a higher number, I set it to 75.  This will add to the
penalty score for that IP and get it to the "extreme penalty" level much
more quickly, so that future connection attempts can be dropped immediately.
It's a safe bet that you won't see any legitimate mail coming from an IP
trying to spoof a local domain address.

DoNoSpoofing set to Block will prevent external senders from having
a domain the same as one of your local domains.
