Clients CAN connect to ASSP. They do it normally via port 25  or 587
with authentication or from IPs in acceptAllMail.
Mailprogramms working as clients are normally providing a message-id.
The relayport is NOT meant for clients, it is meant for servers to
connect to the smarthost.
