Hello
I have setup an assp smtp proxy in a network using the assp to scan
outgoing smtp traffic for spam and virus from subscriber on the network(Ip
addresses are assigned dynamically to subcribers) and I am getting connections
to servers interrupted on outlook more frequently and sometimes it sends the
mail with issues. But when I remove the assp and send traffic directly to
internet there is no such problem. So it seems the assp is having difficult
processing all the requests coming in leading to a timeout with the external
smtp server. I want to know if my system is properly dimensioned to handle the
traffic passing through it.
