The NotGreedyWhiteList is blank so I guess it is switched off. It is rather odd, I noticed it with other mails that I have in the whiteListedDomains file. But then I have others that are saying its whitelisted and let them through odd. What I will do with that play.com newsletter is put it in the noprocessing section and get the mail to come in so I can inspect the headers to see if that gives us more of a clue.
For the enabled TLS, I have a TLS patched qmail server behind ASSP which is why its offering TLS. It would mean reinstalling qmail without the TLS patch to get that to stop offering TLS and I am not going to do that right now. Again thanks for your help.
