On mine I have it setup under the ASSP menu (Block Reporting) if a user suspects his/her email is caught in the spam filter they can send an email to [email protected]. ASSP then sends a summary of all the emails which were blocked for their email address. At this point the user scans the report and if they find the email in question they can click on the email link to have it resend. This will also inform ASSP, the email is legit. I love this feature for I no longer have to respond to user request to check the spam filter!
