I always use unique emails so I had this in the noProcessing configuration variable but it still hasn't worked. Its been bugging me, probably since when I first contacted you about issues that I was seeing right back last year, its only now that I finally decided to look at it a little deeper and noticed that the email is stored in the notspam directory so its passed all the validation so it has to be the conversation with the MTA (qmail in this instance) which is likely where the problem is.
