Well, my equivalent posting re ASSP 1.9.1.4 has gone unanswered - is
ASSP 1.x a dying project??
So, now I have upgraded to ASSP 2.1.0(3.2.15) and encounter the same
errant behaviour. Running with a single-server SBS 2003 config ASSP
restarts itself. In ASSP 2.0.1, the reason given in the mail log is
"shutdown reason was: restarting on signal BREAK". This happens
precisely whenever a local user logs off of the SBS, irrespective of
whether that user accessed the ASSP web interface. ASSP is being run as
a service, not as a user. Just because a running service is notified
that a user has logged off is *not* a reason for that service to restart
itself. This is a bug in ASSP.
