Thanks for your response.
Looking at the collection settings, this is set:
DNSBL Failures - ValidateRBL (RBLFailLog) -> spam folder and
sendAllSpam
Every option when sendAllSpam can be selected, it has been selected...
Still: it will not be send.

The mail was not discarded but stored in folder "discarded". So "discarded"
mails can be resend.
There i s section called Collecting where you can set the desired mode:
for DNSBL eg. DNSBL Failures - ValidateRBL (RBLFailLog, default=spam folder
and sendAllSpam)
Redlisted mails can get special treatment: Do Not Collect Red Mails
(DoNotCollectRed)
