If - as you state - you have only one line in your logs, which states that they connected once and didn't bother to try again, the problem is at their end and your options are limited to: - do as suggested above - turn off greylisting altogether - turn off assp altogether - contact the admin of the senders server and ask him to fix it > or at least send me a log so I can see why this is happening and fix it.
