There is nothing wrong !
Why such a lot of excitement ?
ASSP has processed and DELIVERED the mail - that's fine. The only thing
happens was, that the sender was not NICE, means was not RFC conform - the
'QUIT' is required. ASSP has removed the file, because it is unclear, that
the content was OK. Because it was not a spam, it could not be stored in
the spam folders - because it is a little suspect, it could not be stored
in the ham folders - that's all.
So this message is ignored in the corpus (rebuildspamdb) as long it is not
reported back as ham or spam.

now, as you can see, after receiving the "." the SMTP server replied
with a "250" and accepted the message, at that point it's up to the
sender deciding to either terminate the session with a QUIT command or
resetting it using an "RSET" and sending another message
