If you looked into the code you must have seen that "standard" logging will produce only one log entry for an expiration timeframe. It logs only if the limit is reached, not if the limit supercedes. All this logentry can be see by setting SessionLog to verbose. ASSP has al ot of statics counters, they contain the correct numbers which allow correct conclusions. for this example: Info and Stats Page -> SMTP Connection Statistics -> Domain IP Limits It is not recommended to use ASSP V1 as a frontend for heavy authentication. if an attack occurs there is heavy load on assp and it will slow down authenticating users.
