Hello,
  I just updated our ASSP installation using the full install archive.
I do this since there tends to be items added that just replacing
<assp.pl> does not cover.
  I normally remember to remove <assp.cfg> from the archive since that
would overwrite the existing configuration. I forgot to do so this
time. What a mess! All kinds of weird stuff started to happen, the
worst being the temporary rejection of almost all messages.

The request: Rename <assp.cfg> in the distribution archive to
<assp.cfg.default>.
