SPF settings with strict enforcement for those domains generally works - provided those domains publish SPF records. Settings that can be used are:
SPF2 - Check SPFWL - Check strictSPFRe - list domains that should always be forced to pass SPF checks. and optionally: blockstrictSPFRe - list those same domains again.
