Turns out I was missing some perl modules, archive, zip, linguas, etc. I added 
those, 
and I have ASSP_FC and ASSP_SVG loading now. I am still unable to get 
AsspSelfLoader module loaded. No errors about unable to load that module, not 
sure 
its necessary or the others really.

As alternative to the suggested change I tried to modify the following

$forceDNSv4:shared = 1;

I changed that to 0 but it had no effect, like the one in CorrectASSPcfg.pm. I 
have 
them both set to 0. Still getting the warning,

Warning: can't get numeric address for 2600:3c02::2
