I wouldn't suggest assigning a negative value for an SPF match.  We assign
10 if SPF doesn't match, but we don't reward SPF matches.   I know that -10
is the default, but I feel like a lot of spammers pass SPF now (as did this
one)

What's your value for BaysValancePB? Is it 25?  (that would be too low).
If it's 50, then it looks like baysConfidenceHalfScore kicked in.
